Hi, I’m Mandeep –
(pronouns: she/her/hers)
I’m a transformational activist coach, cognitive-somatic-energy practitioner, experienced racial and social justice educator/facilitator and licenced organisational consultant — and I’m dedicated to supporting you to increase your impact in the world whilst stepping into the best version of yourself.
I’m interested in co-creating a world that works for every being, where we can all truly flourish and bring our unique gifts into the world. A world centred on love, transformative justice, equity, intersectionality and solidarity.
And if you’re here, I suspect you are too.
You cannot change any society unless you take responsibility for it, unless you see yourself as belonging to it and responsible for changing it.
– Grace Lee Boggs –
I believe we are being called to birth new ways of being, doing and relating… to call forth a world where we as humanity are taking life-affirming and life-enhancing action... where everyone is living out their gifts… where the dignity and autonomy of all individuals and beings are respected and cherished. It’s more beautiful together – in community.
I also believe that we need more people to bring racial and social justice consciousness to transformational work. Having spent the last decade working towards racial and social justice, I feel called to combine that consciousness with inspiring coaching and healing, to create spaces to promote and practice decolonial ways of being and to support individuals and organisations committed to personal empowerment and social transformation.
If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is
bound up with mine, then let us work together.
– Aboriginal activists group, Queensland, 1970s –
This work requires support. It requires community and solidarity. It also requires a grounding in decolonial practices and intersectionality. During my period of serving as chairperson and director of a racial justice NGO whilst also doing counselling and facilitation work, I became increasingly aware of and frustrated at the gaps in the support that was available, especially to QTBIPOC. Then, I decided to do something about it.
That's why I support audacious changemakers to tap into their inner power and guidance, release limiting beliefs and create impactful paradigm shifts. I do so while holding a space to witness, acknowledge and mitigate the very real impact of systemic oppression, including the trauma it can cause.
If this speaks to you, book a complimentary introductory session here to get to know one another and determine whether working together would be energising and inspiring for us both.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.
